Ingredients: Vanilla Cake: white rice flour, tapioca flour, eggs, organic soy milk, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda,  salt, xanthan gum, canola oil, water. Chocolate Fudge: confectioners sugar, cocoa powder, water, salt, palm oil.
